WHAT IS THE ROLE OF AN ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER?
A Soundwave Entertainment Manager is assigned to weddings with more than 75 guests. The Entertainment Manager assists your Soundwave Wedding DJ for a limited time at the reception and is key in our ability to provide a sophisticated and professional presentation at your celebration. Your Entertainment Manager will line up the parents and bridal party for formal introductions while the DJ is busy in the reception getting guests to take their seats and preparing for the formal introductions, prep individuals speaking on the mic for toasts and prayer, hand deliver the mic for toasts and prayer and ensure staging of these activities for photos, and provide a break to the DJ during the meal.
WENDY KOPASZ – Owner, Office Supervisor & Entertainment Manager
During the week, Wendy serves as the Office Supervisor but come weekends, she serves as one of Soundwave’s Entertainment Managers assisting our Wedding DJs.
SYLVIA CRUZ – Entertainment Manager
Sylvia has been in to the DJ entertainment arena for many years prior to assisting Soundwave. Her previous husband was a night club jock in Miami and now her son, DJ Vinny, serves as Soundwave’s Teen and College Dance DJ Specialist. Sylvia’s vibrant and out-going personality is contagious and her attention to details is impeccable. Sylvia most often assists Soundwave’s DJ Phil during his weddings. Sylvia speaks fluent Spanish.
TIFFANY ASPINWALL - Entertainment Manager
Tiffany is currently in school at UCF and part of the Rosen School of Hospitality where she is studying to be a future wedding planner.
