Soundwave Entertainment, is a full time Orlando DJ / MC entertainment, and LED Uplighting company founded by Les and Wendy Kopasz.

Soundwave Entertainment specializes in customized Orlando weddings for discerning brides and grooms, see Weddings for details. Weddings make up 95% of Soundwave’s DJ business. Soundwave and its intimate Orlando DJ team works about 200 weddings yearly and is proud to be one of Central Florida’s leading wedding DJ and LED uplighting companies. We provide customized entertainment for large weddings of 400 guests to destination weddings from abroad to intimate celebrations.  Each of our DJs only works one wedding a day in order to stay focused on your big celebration. Soundwave’s 2-Person Team approach to weddings is what has earned us our stellar reputation and is why so many resorts, country clubs and wedding planners refer Soundwave. For that wow factor at your wedding, Soundwave has invested in state-of-art LED Wall Uplighting.  Our LED Uplighting is battery operated and controlled by remote so there are no wires!  No other speciality lighting company in Orlando offers this current technology.  Whether you choose to uplight a focal wall or an entire room, Soundwave will help you create that platinum look at your celebration.  We also offer customized Name / Monogram in Lights which can be shown on the dance floor or focal wall, and Cake Uplighting.  See Uplighting for spectacular images.

Soundwave Owner DJ Les Kopasz is a master emcee and highly experienced career DJ. Les Kopasz’ 20 years of DJ and entertainment expertise includes night club, radio, and 1000s of weddings, events and special celebrations. He has dee jayed more than 2000 weddings!

DJ Les’ wife, Wendy Kopasz, is an integral part of Soundwave with her extensive marketing, public relations and event management background. Wendy works side by side with Les and their Orlando DJs and manages every wedding, corporate and special event that is contracted with Soundwave Entertainment. She also works weddings every weekend as an Entertainment Manager assisting Soundwave DJs.

The Soundwave DJ team includes 4 jocks — Soundwave Partner DJ Phil Joeckel who is a a Disney certified wedding jock and Master MC; DJ Paul Viola, a well known Orlando DJ with a wealth of wedding expertise; Latin bilingual specialist DJ Ray Vales; and DJ Vinny who handles our teen and college business.
