Seating of the Mothers
The ceremony is signified by the entrance of the Groom’s mom followed by the Bride’s mom. If you are including grandmothers, they will walk prior to the moms.

Processional
The processional is marked by the entrance of the Officiant, Groom, Best Man and Groomsmen, followed by bridesmaids, maid of honor, ring bearer / flower girl.

Last, but most important, is the Bride / Dad entrance. Whether you choose the traditional Wedding March (Here Comes The Bride) or other song, keep in mind that the selected piece should announce the Bride and focus all attention on her.

Luke and Roxanne Goodling, June 19, 2010, Central Baptist Church and The Shores in Daytona Beach, DJ Paul and DJ Phil ….Roxanne and Luke had 2 receptions in 1 day!  The festivities began with a 350 person cake reception at the church following the ceremony.  DJ Paul provided music for the 1.5 hour celebration.  The party then shifted for about 100 guests to The Shores Resort in Daytona for dinner and dancing.  Soundwave also provided LED Uplighting in the ballroom for a beautiful blue ambiance to coincide with the ocean view.  The first dance was Lucky by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat followed by a fabulous meal.  During the meal a slide presentation of the ceremony was showed.  The rest of the evening featured a mix of dancing and fun. Alex and Chrystal incorporated many Kenyan wedding traditions into their celebration which made it extra special for their 125 guests. The first dance was Spend My Life With You. After the meal, there was a “Gifting Ceremony” where the women present special gifts to the bride and her family. The neat thing about this tradition is that is was full of humor…like when the bride was given an apron to ensure that she cooks fabulous meals for her husband and in-laws. The highlight of the night was when the couple changed into African wedding attire and they re-entered the room as women sang special wedding songs on the microphone and led them in conga line fashion to the dance floor. The bride’s mom has been battling Leukemia and has been very sick over the last few years.
